A BER Cert is an indication of the energy performance of a home. When you request a BER cert from Green Scene a member of our experienced team of assessors will make arrangements to inspect your property and perform a survey. This survey is a detailed energy assessment of the property. The details from this survey are then reviewed and the relevant calculations completed. We are then in a position to either analyse the results and make recommendations for optimal improvements as required or issue the BER certificates for that particular building.

A BER certificate will quantify the energy use for space heating, water heating, ventilation and lighting calculated on the basis of standard occupancy.
